A power of attorney (POA) lets someone authorize an agent to act on their behalf in specified matters. Georgia’s execution requirements generally call for the principal’s signature, two qualified witnesses, and notarization. Requirements or exceptions can depend on the document and circumstances, so follow guidance from your attorney or document provider. Bring the completed document and instructions; we’ll confirm the signing logistics before the visit.
